Part of any long term health plan is a good exercise plan. As opposed to most modern forms of exercises that work the body separate from the mind, traditional Asian exercises such as yoga, taiji and qi gong incorporate the breath and rhythmic movements of the body in order to move and balance the mind and the body. The best pat is anybody, old or young, healthy or sick can do these exercises!
We will start with whatever your body needs, whether it is building strength and flexibility, or restoring your ability to do the activities that make you happy. For some people this includes breathing exercises, others qi gong, while others need specific stretches and strengthening exercises in order to loosen tight muscles, strengthen weak muscles and bring your body back into balance.
